Acceptable Use Policy

1. Scope

This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") applies to all users of Hoskes Hoster, including games you host, servers you publish, and traffic generated through your tunnels.

2. Prohibited uses

You may not use the Service to:

• Violate any applicable law or regulation
• Distribute malware, cheats designed to harm others, or unauthorized access tools
• Harass, threaten, or harm other players through hosted sessions
• Infringe intellectual property or privacy rights
• Host content that is illegal in Brazil or your jurisdiction
• Mine cryptocurrency or abuse server resources without approval
• Launch denial-of-service attacks or probe networks without authorization
• Attempt to bypass plan limits, quotas, or security controls
• Resell or sublicense the platform without agreement

3. Your responsibility

You are solely responsible for games, mods, and players on your hosted servers. Hoskes provides hosting infrastructure; we do not monitor all user content proactively.

4. Enforcement

We may investigate reports of abuse, disable tunnels or public servers, suspend accounts, or terminate access without refund in serious cases.

5. Copyright complaints

If you believe hosted content infringes your copyright, contact legal@hoskes.com with identification of the work, the infringing URL or server, and your contact information.
