Payment terms for Hoskes Hoster premium plans.

1. Plans

Free plan: limited features as described on our Plans page.

Premium plans (Silver, Gold, Platinum): paid monthly subscriptions with expanded features such as custom subdomains, public servers, and dedicated hosting.

Prices may change with notice on the Plans page.

2. Payment

Card subscriptions are processed by Stripe. PIX payments are processed by Mercado Pago. By subscribing, you authorize recurring charges (card) or one-time PIX charges until you cancel or the payment expires.

You are responsible for applicable taxes. Receipts are available through your payment provider and dashboard.

3. Cancellation

You may cancel your premium plan from the dashboard at any time. Cancellation stops future charges; access continues until the end of the current billing period unless otherwise stated.

4. Refunds

Unless required by applicable consumer law, subscription fees are non-refundable for partial billing periods.

If you believe you were charged in error, contact support@hoskes.com within 14 days of the charge.

Brazilian consumers may have additional rights under the Código de Defesa do Consumidor (CDC).

5. Service level

We target high availability for hosting infrastructure but do not offer a financially backed SLA on consumer plans today.

Planned maintenance will be communicated when possible. See our Security page for incident reporting.
